A typical day of training is going to be based on the following elements:
A. The number of sets, reps and reps per set in a workout and the weights that you will use. B. The length of the workout and the number of workouts that you are going to complete. For example, a typical training routine may be 2-3 sets of 8-10 reps of 1RM and 3-4 sets of 15 reps. C. Time to complete the workout, which is the number of minutes that you spend doing the workout. D. The amount of calories you should consume during this workout. E. The rest between the sets and the time between sets. For example, if you perform 4 sets of 12 reps for every movement, you will do an hour of rest between each set. I have compiled the list of the different types of training you need to do.
